Too bad the eyes are so dark, you need to be more aware of your lighting patterns and if you don't have enough light, you need to move your subjects into some better light or learn to use light modifiers.
Also, I hope you are paying sales taxes and have the proper licenses to be conducting business in your town. Putting your "business" on the Internet will draw interest from your city and the local tax authorities. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you advertise your "services".
